Chapter 1 of the Book of Genesis shows us the majestic plan that God has prepared for mankind. In other words, the creation of the heavens and the earth and of all creatures, the making of mankind in the likeness of the image of God, the fall of mankind deceived by Satan, salvation through Jesus Christ, our becoming God’s children in His providence, and the blessings of the everlasting grace of God—all these things are shown in this first chapter of Genesis.
